Noted local chef Doug Adams, who cooked his way through season 12 of Top Chef, left Imperial earlier this year, saying he would be pursuing something else sometime soon. That something else came to light yesterday with the news that Adams, renowned for his fried chicken and other entrees, will open his very first restaurant in the Woodlark hotel in 2017. The hotel is a renovation of two old buildings downtown by Provenance Hotels and NBP Capital.
