About The Company

NBP Capital is a privately held commercial real estate fund with a focus on value-add, opportunistic investing, primarily on the West Coast, with offices in Portland and Los Angeles.  The fund has over $1B in gross assets under management and is invested across all sectors: multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial and self-storage.

The investment team seeks compelling, long-term investment opportunities in growing, urban markets and the surrounding localities.  NBP Capital has access to large-scale capital investments through its sole joint venture partner, Berggruen Holdings.  This active partnership allows for quick, decisive investment decisions with a focus on long-term capital appreciation.  The management team is engaged in every facet of the business and is actively involved in asset management, development, construction and property management through its portfolio of in-house companies.  These wholly owned service providers allow for maximum efficiency, flexibility and control.
